Your Choices Among Colleges and Universities

Please do not abbreviate the name of your preferred college/university. Some colleges and universities have the same abbreviated names like UB for University of Baguio and University of Batangas. We need to determine the right colleges/universities because we will invite them for the college fair if they are preferred by many students. Also, please do not repeat the name of your preferred college/university in the remaining fields. The name of a college or university should appear only once and not be repeated. Try as much as possible to indicate four (4) different colleges/universities.

Notes to the Career Expedition Event and the Event Registration Form (ERF):

1. Participants to the Career Expedition event are required to accomplish this Event Registration Form or ERF to register for the online event.

2. Check the college programs and colleges/universities that you have indicated above before clicking the SEND button below. Your choice of a college program may be listed in a different dropdown list.

3. The career clinic for the program you will choose in Session 1, 2, 3 or 4 may be dissolved if there are few attendees. You will be given options to attend a different career clinic if the career clinic session you chose gets dissolved.

4. After clicking the SEND button below, you will receive an e-mail confirming your participation to the event. Your preferences among college programs and colleges/universities will also be indicated on the e-mail.

5. If you are a student below 18 years old, you need to ask permission from your parents that you are registering for this online event. This is in conformity to Republic Act 10173 or the Data Privacy Act of 2012. By clicking the SEND button below, you are confirming that you have been allowed by your parents to register for this online event.
