Notes to the Career Expedition Event and the Event Partnership Form (EPF):

1. Approving officers, moderators, support staff, and observers who will participate in the event do not need to fill out this form.

2. Admission, marketing, corporate communication, or promotion officers may fill out this EPF on behalf of their deans, program or department chairs, and professors who will speak in the career clinic segment of the event. One EPF per college program assigned to the institution has to be filled out. Example, if an institution is assigned to handle two (2) college programs, such as Civil Engineering and Accountancy, an EPF has to be filled out for Civil Engineering, and another EPF has to be filled out for Accountancy.

3. Admission, marketing, corporate communication, or promotion officers may fill out this form indicating their details for the college fair segment of the event. Ergo, aside from the EPF or EPFs filled out for the program/s that the college/university will handle, another EPF has to be filled out for the college fair where the admission/marketing/promotion/corporate communication officer should be indicated as the presenter.
